All usage based on a standard 40 hour work week. 24/7 and big & tall chairs have a 2 year warranty. • Upholstery materials and foam for all chairs are warranted against unusual wear and deterioration for 2 years. • OS laminate, which includes training tables, Encore, Borders, Elements, Multipurpose, desk, conference and bookcases, is 15 years from the date of purchase. • Metal filing and storage is 10 years from date of purchase with the exception of flat files and lockers, which are 1 year from date of purchase. • Panels are 5 years except for the System 2 and Tiles which are 10 years from date of purchase. • Blow molded products and table and chair caddies are 5 years from the date of purchase. • Accessories are 5 years from the date of purchase.
