Great Experience! From a cold call walk-in on our part, owner Bill spent time on design and product for our home office. Pro insights like wood on vertical panels and white on horizontal panels give the office a terrific cohesive look. Installers, Ty and Anthony, were on time and super conscientious. The office is upstairs and they took great care in not nicking floors or walls in moving the furniture in and out. A last minute desk reorientation suggestion by them gives the office a better flow and more open look than our original design.

I recently purchased an office chair for work at Markets West and couldn’t be more satisfied. I went in knowing what I wanted and was helped by Bill Hutchinson. He made sure I understood everything about the chair, configured it to fit my body and comfort level. He was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and even got someone from the group to put the chair together for me since my car wouldn’t fit the box that it came in. They even carried it out and put it in my car. Bill made this a great experience and I would buy other office furniture them without hesitation. Also the price of the chair was the lowest I could find online.

We have used Markets West several times for our office furniture needs. Bill (owner) is a master at laying furniture and equipment out with your floor measurements. Bill never tries to oversell you. He has always given us excellent furniture advice and pricing. His installers are real pros...very courteous, know how to assemble the furniture and, careful not to damage the furniture or your office. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. You can't go wrong with Market West!!
